1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

·         Items must be unused and in original condition

·         Items must be in original packaging

·         Proof of purchase (order number) is required

·         We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

·         We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

·         If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We refund the cost of the item(s). Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

·         Description of the issue

·         Clear photos of the fault or damage

We will cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

·         Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns

·         We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

·         Personalised or custom-made items

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need a different size or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
